Incorporated in 1983, Cee Em Exports Pvt. Ltd., part of the Cee Em Group of Companies, began as a manufacturer and exporter of premium brass builders’ hardware and decorative metalware. In 2009, the company expanded into international commodity trading, specializing in cement, clinker, gypsum and its derivatives, limestone powder, calcium carbonate, silica sand, and flint pebbles.

Our company is led by Mr. Deepak Talwar, a seasoned professional with over five decades of experience in international trade and business management. His career spans the complete spectrum of enterprise operations — from manufacturing and export management to global trading, leadership development, and organizational consulting.

Mr. Talwar is widely respected in India’s business community for his integrity, vision, and commitment to excellence. He has also served as

District Governor of Rotary International in India, a prestigious network of more than 170,000 business and professional leaders nationwide.

In addition to leading Cee Em Exports Pvt. Ltd., he represents Leadership Management International (LMI), where he conducts professional development and management training programs, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve peak performance and sustainable growth.

Jaya Bhatia

General Manager (Marketing and Administration)

Ms. Jaya Bhatia leads the International Trading, Compliance, and Marketing Division at Cee Em Exports Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 30 years of experience in export–import operations, global marketing, and regulatory coordination. She manages international logistics, documentation, and liaison with shipping lines, customs authorities, and government departments.

As the company’s BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) Certification and Compliance Head, she provides end-to-end consultancy to manufacturers

worldwide—liaising with BIS officials, advising on technical alignment of products and testing facilities, and facilitating smooth factory inspections and documentation during the licensing process.

With her deep regulatory insight and practical approach, Ms. Bhatia is recognized as a trusted advisor helping global manufacturers achieve timely and compliant market access to India.

Jamal Anwar

Accountact/Auditor

Mr. Jamal Anwar has been an integral part of Cee Em Exports Pvt. Ltd. since 1996, bringing decades of experience in accounting systems, financial management, and compliance oversight. He is a detail-oriented and methodical professional known for his accuracy, efficiency, and organizational discipline.

In addition to managing the company’s financial records and audits, Mr. Anwar also facilitates the timely renewal of BIS licenses and related bank guarantees, ensuring smooth continuity of regulatory and financial compliance.
